I didn't receive my order, please cancel my order!

Once an order has shipped it may not be cancelled  Positively, if you're no longer interested in your order, please contact us so we may arrange for a return, once your package is received by us we will process your refund.

 

Refunds:

A refund may not be applied until we have received returned purchase/order. No exceptions. If you haven't received your order; Please allow us 3 business days after estimated delivery in order to determine whereabouts of package. Once we've inquired with shipping carrier, a new shipment may be issued or a refund may be applied.

Note: Order may not be determined lost until 14 days passed original ship date without any delivery progress for more than 5 days.
